Als Senior Sales Advisor ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het winkelteam. Je combineert uitstekende klantenservice met een voorbeeldrol op de werkvloer. Je helpt klanten bij het vinden van hun perfecte outfit en draagt actief bij aan een inspirerende winkelervaring.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verwelkomt elke klant op een warme, professionele en enthousiaste manier.
  • Je geeft persoonlijk stylingadvies en helpt klanten bij het samenstellen van outfits en accessoires.
  • Je inspireert collega's door het goede voorbeeld te geven en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen en stimuleert een positieve teamdynamiek.
  • Je begeleidt klanten in de paskamers en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich zelfverzekerd en stijlvol voelen.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een aantrekkelijke, verzorgde en commerciële winkelpresentatie.
  • Je verwerkt aankopen correct en klantgericht aan de kassa.
  • Je volgt nieuwe collecties op de voet en zorgt ervoor dat deze op een aantrekkelijke manier worden gepresenteerd.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen retail of sales en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent een motiverende collega die anderen inspireert en ondersteunt.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van commerciële doelen.
  • Fashion en styling zijn een echte passie en je hebt oog voor trends, kleuren en combinaties.
