In veel consultancyomgevingen loop je vast in interne processen of korte termijn targets, terwijl jij juist wilt bouwen aan duurzame klantrelaties en inhoudelijke trajecten. Bij Collabite krijg je die ruimte wel: je werkt met warme leads, zit direct aan tafel bij klanten en bepaalt zelf hoe je jouw pipeline opbouwt en uitbouwt. Daar staat een bonusregeling zonder plafond tegenover en een leaseauto die je zelf samenstelt, zodat jij de vrijheid hebt om jouw rol op jouw manier in te vullen en daar ook direct van profiteert. Zonder jou blijven kansen liggen bij bestaande klanten en blijft new business afhankelijk van toeval. Jij brengt structuur, eigenaarschap en zichtbaarheid in het commerciële proces. Je bent het gezicht van Collabite, zowel richting klanten als binnen het Exact-netwerk, en weet hoe je daar de juiste positie inneemt. Door actief aanwezig te zijn bij klantafspraken en events van Exact en andere partners, bouw je continu aan relaties en nieuwe kansen. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Het genereren van new business via warme leads en het bestaande netwerk - Het uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties en verhogen van hun automatiseringsgraad - Het vertegenwoordigen van Collabite bij klanten, binnen Exact en op events - Het signaleren en opvolgen van commerciële kansen samen met interne teams - Zodra er een samenwerking met een klant tot stand is gekomen, ben en blijf jij het aanspreekpunt.
