Van onze eigen wijngaard en abdijbierbrouwerij tot de 16 (en in potentie 30+) unieke event spaces: wij bieden ruimte voor beleving, rust en creativiteit. Bij Rolduc verkopen we geen zalen, we creëren herinneringen. Of het nu gaat om een residentieel seminarie, een droombruiloft in de abdij of een grensverleggend bedrijfsfeest; wij zijn 'different' door onze schaal, onze historie en onze culinaire verwennerij in Brasserie de Kanunnik. Jouw Rol: Sales met Karakter Als Senior Sales & Event Manager ben jij het commerciële boegbeeld van onze Abdij. Je begrijpt dat een locatie als deze vraagt om een ondernemende aanpak. Je bent ons commercieel boegbeeld met gevoel voor traditie, maar met een scherpe blik op de toekomst. Je geeft als afdelingshoofd leiding aan het salesteam en bouwt strategisch mee aan de groei van Rolduc. Wat ga je doen? Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten. Je werkt niet alleen óp de afdeling, maar ook áán de afdeling. - Strategisch bouwen : Je vertaalt doelstellingen naar een concreet actieplan voor de komende jaren, inclusief een strakke financiële onderbouwing. - Actieve acquisitie : Je zit niet te wachten tot de telefoon gaat.
