Senior Sales Recruiter FixedToday is een snel groeiende Total Workforce Management dienstverlener die haar klanten alles biedt op gebied van het proces en de strategie rondom de inhuur van medewerkers en de flexibele personeelsschil. We zijn een kleine 10 jaar geleden begonnen als een succesvol initiatief van collega's die al eerder succesvol met elkaar samenwerkten en FixedToday is nu uitgegroeid tot een hecht team van ervaren specialisten die gezamenlijk een mooi groei realiseren. Over FixedToday Onze missie is gezamenlijk ondernemen, werken en genieten. Continuïteit is de drijfveer van de onderneming gebaseerd op de kernwaarden van FixedToday en het gedachtegoed "Respect en Waardering". Onze manier van werken heeft in de afgelopen jaren geleid tot een enorme groei met als resultaat het tot vijf keer toe behalen van de top 10 van de Gazellen Awards in categorie groot. Momenteel hebben we zo'n 700 professionals onder contract staan. Zij werken bij klanten in diverse sectoren in Nederland en België. Wat ga je doen In de rol van Sales Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het gehele recruitment proces Je bent een 360 graden recruiter richt zich op de volgende stappen: - Het sourcen van een lead. Dit wordt meestal gedaan door de goede relaties die met kandidaten zijn opgebouwd. - Winnen van een vacature: Je neemt contact op met de klant, legt uit wie FixedToday is en waarom wij de beste partij zijn om de vacature voor hen in te vullen. - Onderhandelingen: Tarieven, marge, tijdlijn en inhoud van de aanvraag boven tafel krijgen. - Pipeline kandidaten: Gebruik je netwerk en andere methoden om grip te krijgen op de markt en (beschikbare) kandidaten - Shortlisting: Kwalificeer de beste kandidaat om aan te bieden, inclusief tarief onderhandeling. - Het proces beheren: Je begeleid kandidaten door het interviewproces (interview voorbereiding (pre-intake) en feedback, verdere onderhandelingen met de klant, en kandidaat manageme...
