Specific-Group ist eine 100 % eigentümergeführte, individuelle Software-Dienstleistungsfirma mit Engineering-Fokus. Seit über 25 Jahren am Markt, mit rund 550 Spezialist:innen an über 14 internationalen Standorten. Gegründet in Wien, wo wir heute mit 260 Mitarbeitenden vertreten sind. Etwa 80 % unserer Engineers sind auf Senior-Level. In den letzten Jahren sind wir jährlich um rund

25 % gewachsen. Die SAP Practice ist neu. Du reihst dich nicht in einen fertigen Apparat ein, sondern legst mit fest, wie er funktioniert.

Wir suchen 1 Senior SAP Consultant (m/w/d) Wien 1010, Vollzeit

Worum es geht

Die Standardwartung für SAP ECC endet 2027, und die meisten SAP-Kund:innen in Österreich stehen

vor dem Umstieg auf S/4HANA. Dafür braucht es Leute, die Geschäftsprozesse verstehen und sie

sauber ins System übersetzen. Wir bauen dafür eine eigene SAP Practice auf.

Dein Umfeld

Unsere Kund:innen kommen zu rund 70 % aus Banking und Finanzdienstleistung, der Rest aus der

Industrie. Du arbeitest in SAP-Projekten, die wir selbst liefern, und direkt bei Kund:innen im Team. Die

Themen reichen von S/4HANA-Migrationen über Prozessharmonisierung bis zur Weiterentwicklung

bestehender Abläufe.

Was du machst

Du leitest Workshops mit dem Fachbereich, nimmst Anforderungen auf und übersetzt sie in

Customizing und Prozessdesign. Du machst Fit-Gap-Analysen und entscheidest, wo der

SAP-Standard reicht und wo entwickelt werden muss. Dann schreibst du Spezifikationen, die

Entwickler:innen ohne Rückfragen umsetzen können. Bei S/4HANA-Migrationen begleitest du

Prozessanalyse, Tests und Cutover und schulst Key User. Im Betrieb klärst du Fehler selbst, bevor sie

zum Ticket werden.

Was du mitbringst

* Du hast in SAP ECC oder S/4HANA mindestens ein Modul fachlich bis ins Customizing betreut, z.B.

FI/CO, SD, MM oder PP.

* Du kennst die Geschäftsprozesse hinter deinem Modul, nicht nur die Transaktionen.

* Du hast Anforderungen direkt mit dem Fachbereich erhoben und Spezifikationen geschrieben,

die umgesetzt wurden.

* Du hast an einem Rollout, einer Einführung oder einer Migration mitgearbeitet, inklusive Tests.

* S/4HANA-Erfahrung und ABAP-Debugging sind ein Plus, kein Muss.

* Deutsch und Englisch sicher, weil unsere Kund:innen und Teams in beiden Sprachen arbeiten.

Gehaltsangabe nach § 9 Abs. 2 GlBG

Gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag erfolgt die Einstufung in die Tätigkeitsfamilie ST2. Das KV-Mindestgrundgehalt beträgt

ab EUR 4.061,00 brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit (Stand 2026). Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt mit EUR 60.000- 80.000

brutto/Jahr deutlich darüber. Die finale Einstufung richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
