In ons Agile ontwikkelteam (testautomatiseerders, ontwikkelaars, analisten) werken we aan het future proof maken vanonze applicatie, waarin ambtenaren aangiftes kunnen verwerken. Vergroot de teamprestaties en neemt de organisatie bij de hand in de verdereprofessionalisering van onze Safe agile werkwijze. Samen met de teams doorloop je het gehele ontwikkeltraject. Vanuit de SAFe-framework coach jeontwikkelteam(s) die zich bezighouden met het ontwikkelen van informatievoorzieningen ten behoeve van de Schenk- en Erfbelastingsystemen. Jehebt growth mindset en gebruikt verschillende tools om de teams te ondersteunen. Je werkt binnen de ontwikkelteams aan agililty, eigenaarschap enautonomie. We blijven innoveren en slimmer werken en daarom zoeken wij een enthousiaste en ervaren Scrum Master.
