Voor ons secretariaat zoeken wij een senior secretaresse die overzicht brengt, vooruitdenkt en collega's helpt om elke dag professioneel en met plezier hun werk te doen. Senior Secretaresse Wat ga je doen? Als senior secretaresse vervul je een coördinerende leidinggevende rol binnen het secretariaat van Penta Rho, bestaande uit 3 andere collega's. Je ondersteunt adviseurs en directie bij complex agendabeheer, prioritering en het plannen van afspraken, overleggen en bestuurlijke bijeenkomsten. Daarbij houd je overzicht, bewaak je de voortgang van acties en besluiten en zorg je dat werkzaamheden binnen het secretariaat goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen, werkafspraken, formats en administratieve organisatie. Ook ondersteun je collega's bij complexere vraagstukken en draag je bij aan een eenduidige, professionele en efficiënte werkwijze. Met jouw heldere communicatie, zorgvuldigheid en representatieve houding ben je voor interne en externe relaties een betrouwbaar visitekaartje van Penta Rho. Dit breng jij mee Jij bent een ervaren, zelfstandige en verbindende professional die rust brengt in een dynamische omgeving.
