Werde Teil davon als 1 Senior ServiceNow Consultant ITSM (w/m/*) Deine Aufgaben

* Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Beratung unserer Kund:innen bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von IT-Serviceprozessen

* Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von ServiceNow-ITSM-Lösungen in den Bereichen Incident, Request, Change, Problem und Knowledge Management

* Durchführung von Workshops, Erstellung von User Stories sowie Ausarbeitung technischer Lösungskonzepte

* Konfiguration und Optimierung von Workflows, Flows, Service Catalogs, Service Portalen sowie Integration angrenzender Systeme

* Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung in Kund:innenprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei Presales-Aktivitäten, Aufwandsschätzungen und Solution Designs

Dein Profil

* Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Implementierung von ServiceNow-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt ITSM

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ServiceNow ITSM, Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, Knowledge Management sowie idealerweise CMDB und Virtual Agent

* Relevante ServiceNow-Zertifizierungen wie CSA oder CIS ITSM sowie idealerweise ITIL Foundation

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe Teamorientierung und Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung von Projektstreams

* Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie professionelles Auftreten und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für eine erfolgreiche Kommunikation auf Kund:innenebene
