The posting

Als Senior Site Manager ben je het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorg je voor een vlotte organisatie en uitvoering van elektrotechnische projecten.

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op tertiaire en publieke werven in de regio Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht en andere regio’s.
  • In overleg met de Project Manager de projectplanning vertalen naar een concrete werforganisatie.
  • Coördineren van verschillende elektrotechnische installaties, waaronder toegangscontrole, branddetectie en databekabeling.
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van eigen medewerkers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Bewaken van de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en efficiëntie op de werf.
  • Afwijkingen of technische problemen tijdig detecteren en samen met het projectteam naar praktische oplossingen zoeken.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de klant en andere stakeholders op de werf.
  • Toezien op het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften, werkafspraken en wettelijke vereisten.
  • Collega’s en partners op een duidelijke en constructieve manier aanspreken en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Het overzicht bewaren over de dagelijkse prioriteiten en ervoor zorgen dat het team efficiënt en georganiseerd kan werken.
  • Bijdragen aan een kwaliteitsvolle en tijdige oplevering van de projecten.

Je combineert een sterke technische basis met de maturiteit om een werf en verschillende betrokken partijen zelfstandig te organiseren.

  • A2-diploma in elektrische installatietechnieken, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de elektrotechnische sector.
  • Ervaring als werfleider, site manager of in een vergelijkbare coördinerende functie.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en het vermogen om zelfstandig technische en organisatorische uitdagingen aan te pakken.
  • Je kan verschillende partijen op de werf duidelijk aansturen en motiveren.
  • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende werven.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; Frans en/of Engels is een plus.
  • Attesten zoals VCA-VOL, BA5, hoogtewerker, verreiker, stellingkeurder of EHBO zijn mooi meegenomen. Ontbrekende attesten kunnen worden behaald.
