Hoe ziet jouw functie eruit?

Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde.

Je begeleidt ondernemers bij uiteenlopende sociaaljuridische vraagstukken en helpt hen om juridisch correcte én praktisch haalbare keuzes te maken.

Je adviseert onder meer over:

  • Belgisch arbeidsrecht;
  • arbeidsreglementen en HR-policies;
  • salary splits en internationale tewerkstelling;
  • sociale inspecties;
  • loon- en tewerkstellingssimulaties;
  • complexe personeelsdossiers.

Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren payrollteam dat instaat voor de administratieve verwerking. Jij focust je op de inhoudelijke vraagstukken, denkt mee met de klant en vertaalt complexe regelgeving naar duidelijke en toepasbare oplossingen.

Daarbij ben je de expert waarop zowel ondernemers als collega’s kunnen rekenen.

Meer dan sociaaljuridisch advies

In deze functie behandel je niet alleen vragen en dossiers. Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op, denkt proactief mee en ziet waar ondernemers nog beter ondersteund kunnen worden.

Omdat sociaal recht, payroll, accountancy en fiscaliteit binnen het kantoor nauw samenwerken, bekijk je elk dossier vanuit verschillende invalshoeken. Je overlegt met collega’s, deelt je kennis en zoekt samen naar de best mogelijke oplossing voor de klant.

Inhoudelijk expert of toekomstige teamverantwoordelijke?

Heb je ervaring met het coachen of begeleiden van een team? Dan krijg je de mogelijkheid om daarin verder te groeien en op termijn een meer leidinggevende rol op te nemen.

Een specifiek diploma is voor ons minder belangrijk dan jouw kennis, ervaring en vermogen om ondernemers op een heldere en praktische manier te adviseren.

  • een sterke kennis hebt van het Belgische arbeidsrecht;
  • ervaring hebt binnen een sociaal secretariaat, HR-consultancy, payroll of compensation & benefits;
  • energie krijgt van het adviseren en begeleiden van ondernemers;
  • kansen ziet om klanten nog beter te ondersteunen;
  • complexe informatie duidelijk en toegankelijk kunt uitleggen;
  • positief, betrokken en oplossingsgericht bent;
  • graag samenwerkt met collega’s uit verschillende vakgebieden;
  • verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig kunt werken.

Jouw inhoudelijke kennis is belangrijk, maar ook jouw adviesvaardigheden, ondernemende blik en vermogen om vertrouwen op te bouwen maken in deze functie het verschil.
