Als één team, met impact op velen. Let's make some waves together! Over deze functie Als Senior Social Strateeg ben jij één van de inhoudelijke boegbeelden van ACE Social. Je beweegt moeiteloos tussen cultuur, merkstrategie en social ecosystems en weet complexe vraagstukken terug te brengen tot scherpe, richtinggevende strategieën. Je ontwikkelt social strategieën op jaar-, merk- en campagneniveau, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zet lijnen uit waar anderen op doorbouwen. Je bent niet alleen sterk in het maken van strategie, maar ook in het verankeren ervan: bij klanten, in teams en binnen de bredere ACE-propositie. Je werkt voor toonaangevende merken en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor zowel klanten als interne teams. Presenteren, challengen en overtuigen gaan je natuurlijk af. Binnen het strategieteam neem je een leidende rol: je inspireert, coacht en tilt samen met de Strategy Director het social strategisch niveau van ACE Social structureel omhoog. Dit zoeken we in jou - Minimaal 6-8 jaar ervaring als (Social) Strateeg bij een bureau; - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met complexe merken en langlopende social strategieën; - Je denkt visionair, maar blijft pragmatisch en resultaatgericht; - Zeer diepgaande kennis van social platforms, internetcultuur en (sub)culturele bewegingen; - Sterk analytisch vermogen én een sche...
