Aktuell suchen wir 1 Senior Software Developer - Core Bot Solutions (m/w/d)

* Du bist erfahrene:r Architekt:in und Gestalter:in unseres Core Bot Solutions Teams und prägst durch dein technisches Leadership die Entwicklungsrichtung unserer Kernprodukte.

* Du setzt die strategischen Vorgaben unserer Software-Architekten:innen um, bringst dein Erfahrungswissen ein und unterstützt sie proaktiv bei Architektur-Entscheidungen und Design-Patterns.

* Du konzipierst und entwickelst zukunftssichere, skalierbare Softwarekomponenten und definierst Qualitätsstandards für das gesamte Team.

* Du verantwortest nicht nur die nahtlose Übergabe deiner Entwicklungen an das QA-Team, sondern gewährleistest auch durchgehend höchste Qualitätskriterien.

* Du bereitest deine Features strategisch für die Ausrollung in die Projektentwicklung vor, dokumentierst Best Practices und unterstützt das Team bei der Implementierung.

* Du unterstützt und begleitest jüngere Entwickler:innen durch Code Reviews, Wissenstransfer und bei komplexen technischen Herausforderungen.

* Mit Kreativität und Flexibilität trägst du aktiv zur Teamdynamik bei, förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und unterstützt den gemeinsamen Teamerfolg durch offene und konstruktive Kommunikation.

* Du bringst eine fundierte technische Ausbildung (TU, FH oder HTL) mit - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder Softwareengineering.

* Du verfügst über 6+ Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der objektorientierten Softwareentwicklung und kennst moderne Design Patterns sowie Best Practices aus Theorie und Praxis.

* Du hast ein tiefes, umfassendes Verständnis für Software-Architektur, Systemdesign, Testbarkeit und Clean Code Prinzipien - und kannst diese vermitteln.

* Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsprozessen und kannst nicht nur eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, sondern auch technische Entscheidungen im Team treffen und begründen.

* Du hast Erfahrung mit technischem Mentoring oder in der Begleitung anderer Entwickler:innen.

* Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch und kommunizierst technische Konzepte präzise und verständlich - sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.

* Strategisches Denken, technische Vision, Sorgfalt und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.

* Kreativität, Flexibilität und offene Kommunikation sind für dich selbstverständlich - du unterstützt aktiv die Teamdynamik und schaffst eine Kultur des gegenseitigen Lernens.
