Voor het Archiefsysteem, Verantwoorden van Bekostiging en Bezwaar en Beroep zijn tijdige architectuurkeuzes nodig over onder meer zaakgericht werken, informatiehuishouding, integratie, lifecycle, security en herbruikbare bouwblokken. De continuïteit van architectuurkennis is hierbij van belang. \n\nDe huidige externe architect die deze domeinen ondersteunt, stroomt per 31 december 2026 uit. Om kennisverlies en vertraging in lopende besluitvorming te voorkomen is vóór die datum overlap nodig voor overdracht. Daarnaast bestaat behoefte aan senior capaciteit in de sleutelrol architectuuradviseur.
