It's time to ... 1 Senior Solutions Architect - Data & AI Engineer (f/m/d, 4-Days-Week), German Speaking Was auch immer unsere Kunden im Bereich Data & AI auf AWS vorhaben, wir entwerfen und entwickeln es gemeinsam vom ersten Architecture Workshop bis in Production mit ihnen. Dafür suchen wir dich: als Senior Solutions Architect für Data & AI verantwortest du End-to-End Projekte in deinem Bereich und gestaltest unsere wachsende Data & AI Business Unit aktiv mit.

Architektur & Delivery

* Du führst die Entwicklung und Implementierung skalierbare AWS-Architekturen für Data Platforms und Gen AI- / Agentic AI-Lösungen * Du sorgst für Security, Performance, Reliability und Kosteneffizienz bei unseren Kunden (AWS Well-Architected) * Du triffst Architekturentscheidungen samt Trade-offs - und dokumentierst sie so, dass Teams darauf aufbauen können * Du übersetzt vage Business-Pain-Points in messbare technische Anforderungen und klare Ziele * Du bringst Außenperspektive ein und hebst unsere bestehenden Standards auf das nächste Level. * Du beteiligst dich bei technical Pre-Sales, Scoping von Projekten und arbeitest an der Erstellung der Statements of Work

Data & AI

* Du entwickelst Generative AI und Agentic AI Solutions auf AWS Bedrock, mit Frameworks wie Strands Agents und Runtime- / Governance-Bausteinen wie Bedrock AgentCore * Du entwickelst Agenten-Architekturen mit Tool Use und MCP-basierten Integrationen, Multi-Step-Orchestrierung und klar definierten Grenzen des Agent-Scopes * Du baust Human-in-the-Loop-Patterns ein, von Approval-Steps und Eskalationslogik bis zu (teil-)automatisierten Review-Schleifen * Du etablierst Evaluation und Qualitätssicherung für LLM- und Agent-Systeme * Du zeigst Kunden, wie sie GenAI und Agentic AI pragmatisch und verantwortungsvoll einsetzen

Consulting & Pre-Sales

* Du bist Trusted Technical Advisor für unsere Kunden * Du unterstützt Pre-Sales und technische Workshops * Du übersetzt komplexe Technik in klaren Business Value * Knowledge Sharing * Du bist Mentor:in für unsere Junior-Kolleg:innen * Du bringst dich in interne Standards, Best Practices und Trainings ein und entwickelst diese mit uns weiter

Dein Profil: Must-haves

* mehrjährige Erfahrung in Cloud, Data, Software oder ML Engineering - davon 2+ Jahre mit Ownership für End-to-End-Architekturen * Starke Hands-on-Expertise mit AWS * Fundierte Erfahrung in Data Engineering und ETL-Architekturen * Erfahrung mit Generative / Agentic AI Projekten * Sehr gute Python-Skills * Verhandlungssicheres Englisch; Deutsch auf professionellem Niveau

* AWS-Zertifizierungen * Erfahrung in Pre-Sales oder technischer Führung * Erfahrung im Consulting oder in kundennahen Projekten * Erfahrung mit AWS Connect * Solide Erfahrung mit IaC (Terraform oder vergleichbar) * Erfahrung mit LLM Customization / Fine-Tuning und Distillation * Praktische MLOps-Erfahrung (Model Deployment, Monitoring, Lifecycle) * Erfahrung mit Kafka/Streaming
