Reporting to the EMEA Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will partner closely with Global L&D, including Program Design, Facilitation and Learning Operations, as well as EMEA HR, People Solutions, business leaders, Workday partners, event planning teams and external vendors. Together, you will ensure learning solutions are strategically aligned, operationally ready and delivered with excellence. This role serves as a connector across strategy, design, facilitation, and execution, ensuring learning experiences are cohesive, scalable and grounded in Nike's culture.
