Functieomschrijving - Contact leggen met gedupeerde ouders en vaststellen of sprake is van een crisissituatie, zo nodig via huis- en kantoorbezoeken. - De hulpvragen tijdens de intake inventariseren. - Samen met ouders doelen vastleggen in een plan van aanpak voor wonen, financiën, gezondheid, werk of dagbesteding en de gezinssituatie. - De uitvoering van het plan van aanpak coördineren door gemeentelijke afdelingen en andere hulpverlening in te schakelen. - De regie voeren over het gemeentelijke traject, de voortgang monitoren en het plan zo nodig bijstellen. - Nazorg verlenen aan ouders. - De werkzaamheden financieel verantwoorden. - Actuele ontwikkelingen rond de kinderopvangtoeslag volgen en relevante informatie delen met collega's en afdelingen. Samen komen we verder In de praktijk Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ouders die zich als gedupeerde van de kinderopvangtoeslagenaffaire hebben gemeld. Je onderzoekt welke gemeentelijke ondersteuning nodig is en houdt de regie over het traject. Daarbij stem je af met gemeentelijke afdelingen en een breed scala aan hulpverleners. Je werkt op locatie in Diemen en bij ouders thuis. Om ouders goed te kunnen ondersteunen, blijf je op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen rond de kinderopvangtoeslag en deel je relevante informatie met collega's en andere afdelingen. Functie eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld MWD, SPH of Psychologie. - Je hebt kennis van verschillende domeinen, zoals opvoed- en opgroeiproblematiek, verslaving, inkomen, LVG-problematiek, psychiatrische problematiek, persoonlijkheidsstoornissen, jeugdzorg of huiselijk geweld. - Je bent in staat om met stress-sensitieve dienstverlening de hulpverlening aan te laten sluiten bij ouders. - Je hebt ervaring binnen een gemeente met de hersteloperatie kinderopvangtoeslag en ken...
