Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie erheben und analysieren die Weiterbildungsbedarfe unserer Mitarbeitenden, leiten daraus geeignete Maßnahmen ab und entwickeln bestehende Trainings- und Entwicklungsprogramme kontinuierlich weiter.

* Gemeinsam mit dem Learning & Development DACH-Team gestalten Sie länderübergreifend neue Lern- und Entwicklungsangebote und bringen sich aktiv in deren Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung ein.

* Für unsere österreichischen Standorte planen, organisieren und koordinieren Sie Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen - von der Terminabstimmung über Raumbuchungen bis hin zur organisatorischen Vor- und Nachbereitung von Trainings.

* Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen und externen Trainern, Bildungspartnern sowie Förderstellen zusammen.

* Nicht zuletzt evaluieren Sie kontinuierlich die Wirksamkeit von Trainingsmaßnahmen, pflegen unsere Learning & Development Systeme und erstellen aussagekräftige Reports sowie KPI-Analysen zur datenbasierten Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalentwicklung.

Ihr Profil

* Ihre Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, Erwachsenenbildung oder im HR-Umfeld ermöglicht es Ihnen, Entwicklungsmaßnahmen zielgerichtet zu gestalten und umzusetzen.

* Sie bringen großes Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Personalentwicklungsangeboten, Lernformaten und Prozessen mit und verfolgen aktuelle Trends im Bereich Learning & Development.

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen Sie sicher in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern ein.

* Für gelegentliche Dienstreisen zu unseren Standorten in Österreich und Deutschland bringen Sie die notwendige Reisebereitschaft mit.

* Eine analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.

* Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz schaffen Sie Vertrauen bei Ihren Ansprechpartnern und begleiten Entwicklungsprozesse professionell.
