Wil je jouw leidinggevende skills inzetten én word je enthousiast van de optiekbranche? Als Ervaren Store Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze winkel. Met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol, laat je de winkel op rolletjes lopen en zorg je dat klanten 100% tevreden zijn. Je stuurt het verkoopteam aan en bewaakt de voorraad en financiële prestaties van de winkel. Dit zijn jouw werkzaamheden als Storemanager: - Je coacht het verkoopteam, zodat ze gemotiveerd zijn om de doelstellingen te behalen. - Bovendien train je (nieuwe) medewerkers. - Je bent de motor achter de prestaties van de winkel. Daarom ga jij aan de slag met het opstellen en bijhouden van planningen, KPI's, begrotingen en periodeafsluitingen. - Je bespreekt samen met de Area Manager verkoopstrategieën die de omzet kunnen vergroten. We houden van nieuwe ideeën! - Je bent scherp op het naleven van de procedures en richtlijnen in de winkel. Uiteraard krijg jij: - Je verdient als Senior Storemanager een salaris tussen €2.800- en €4.200 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 38 uur, arbeidsvoorwaardenregeling Hans Anders). - 24 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 38 uur) - Goede pensioenregeling Dit maakt werken bij Hans net even Anders: - Je krijgt een uitgebreide Sales & Optiek training en Refractie opleiding bij het Hans Anders College. - Doorgroeien naar een grotere winkel, of via een opleiding doorgroeien naar Salescoach of Areamanager.
