Senior Strategisch Adviseur Nieuwkomers en Spreidingswet Vakgebied Beleid- en adviesdiensten Functie: Senior Strategisch Adviseur Nieuwkomers en Spreidingswet Over de rol Je bent verantwoordelijk voor strategische advisering, coördinatie en uitvoering rondom opvang, huisvesting, participatie en inburgering van nieuwkomers, waaronder statushouders, Oekraïense ontheemden en asielzoekers. Vanuit jouw rol fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen beleid, uitvoering, bestuur en externe partners en vertegenwoordig je de gemeente in regionale en provinciale overleggen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Strategische advisering van college, directie, management en gemeenteraad. - Ontwikkelen van beleid en scenario's rondom opvang en huisvesting van nieuwkomers. - Coördineren en regisseren van bestuurlijke besluitvormingsprocessen. - Verbinding leggen tussen sociale, ruimtelijke, financiële en bestuurlijke belangen. - Vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente in regionale en provinciale samenwerkingsverbanden. - Samenwerken met onder andere COA, provincie Utrecht, woningcorporaties, maatschappelijke organisaties en regiogemeenten. - Bijdragen aan participatietrajecten en stakeholdermanagement. - Adviseren over en begeleiden van vraagstukken rondom inburgering, participatie en casuïstiek. - Indien van toepassing: begeleiden van aanbestedingstrajecten en het realiseren van opvanglocaties. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor samenwerkingspartners binnen de opvang- en huisvestingsopgave en werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partijen om kansen, risico's en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen te signaleren en te vertalen naar concrete handelingsperspectieven en uitvoerbare plannen.
