Wil jij meebouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de gemeente Amersfoort? Krijg je energie van vraagstukken waarin strategie, data, AI, digitalisering en organisatieontwikkeling samenkomen? Dan is deze rol van strategisch beleidsadviseur iets voor jou. Als strategisch beleidsadviseur draag je bij aan de verdere opzet, inrichting en realisatie van het informatiebeleid. Dit doe je voor informatie en digitalisering in de breedte en specifiek voor data en AI. Zo werk je samen met collega's aan de digitaliseringsstrategie, adviseer je over de inrichting van datagericht werken in de organisatie en wat nodig is op gebied van AI, en voer je regie op beleidsvraagstukken binnen het informatiedomein. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die volop in beweging is. Dat vraagt om iemand die complexe vraagstukken kan doorgronden, overzicht houdt en verschillende belangen en perspectieven bij elkaar brengt. Juist omdat niet alles al is uitgewerkt, is er ruimte om richting te geven en daadwerkelijk verschil te maken. Jouw ervaring, strategisch inzicht en verbindend vermogen zijn daarbij van grote waarde. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering. Je weet wat nodig is om vraagstukken tot uitvoerbaar beleid te brengen.
