Kun je goed adviseren, verbinden en weet je kansen te signaleren en nieuwe samenwerkingen aan te trekken? Ben je gemotiveerd om als MT-lid bij te dragen aan de strategische koers van een kennisinstituut dat met kennis bijdraagt aan maatschappelijke vraagstukken op het gebied van gendergelijkheid? Beweeg je moeiteloos tussen het uitzetten van de grote lijnen en het uitvoeren van projecten om Atria stevig te positioneren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Over Atria Atria is het kennisinstituut voor emancipatie en vrouwengeschiedenis. We verzamelen en beheren bronnen over gendergelijkheid, vrouwenbewegingen en emancipatie en maken deze breed toegankelijk voor wetenschap en samenleving. Als onafhankelijk kennisinstituut slaat Atria de brug tussen onderzoek en maatschappelijke verandering. Ons doel is helder: de positie van vrouwen in al hun diversiteit versterken en zo bijdragen aan een inclusieve en rechtvaardige samenleving. Wat ga jij precies doen? - Je geeft leiding aan het team Communicatie en Relatiemanagement, creëert een motiverende werkomgeving en realiseert afdelingsdoelen binnen deadlines en budgetten. - Als MT-lid adviseer je de directeur en het MT gevraagd en ongevraagd over interne en externe communicatievraagstukken. - Je ontwikkelt de communicatiestrategie en versterkt de positionering en identiteit van Atria met consistente kernboodschappen. - Je ontwikkelt en voert interne communicatieplannen uit en verhoogt de externe zichtbaarheid van Atria met doelgerichte plannen. - Samen met communicatiecollega's van partners werk je aan communicatiestrategieën voor projecten en allianties en fungeer...
