Je beoordeelt subsidieaanvragen zorgvuldig en onafhankelijk. Je toetst ze aan wet- en regelgeving, beleidskaders en de voorwaarden van de regeling, en kijkt inhoudelijk naar kwaliteit, noodzaak, effectiviteit en doelmatigheid van de investeringen. Ook bepaal je welke kosten subsidiabel zijn. De financiële kant weegt zwaar. Je toetst financieringsplannen op haalbaarheid, risico's en onderbouwing, en analyseert jaarrekeningen om de continuïteit van een onderneming in te schatten. In complexe dossiers zie je risico's en onduidelijkheden op tijd en benoem je ze. Je bent meer dan een beoordelaar. Je houdt collega's scherp in hun afwegingen, stelt de kritische vraag en draagt bij aan een consistente en objectieve toepassing van de beoordelingskaders. Door je ervaring en gezag ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor projectleiders, beleidsmedewerkers en management.
