Als Senior Superintendent ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische staat, operationele beschikbaarheid en onderhoudsstrategie van een toegewezen vloot. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor kapiteins, chief engineers, werven en technische afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat schepen veilig, efficiënt en kosteneffectief opereren. In deze functie combineer je techniek, leiderschap en strategisch inzicht. Je schakelt dagelijks tussen operatie, onderhoudsplanning, budgetbewaking en projectmanagement en hebt directe invloed op de prestaties van de vloot. Deze rol is bedoeld voor ervaren maritieme professionals die klaar zijn voor een senior walpositie met brede verantwoordelijkheid. Wat ga je doen als Senior Superintendent: - Eindverantwoordelijk voor de technische en operationele betrouwbaarheid van meerdere schepen binnen een vloot. - Ontwikkelen en bewaken van onderhoudsstrategieën en optimaliseren van de inzetbaarheid van schepen gedurende hun volledige levenscyclus. - Coördineren van complexe onderhoudsprojecten, dokbeurten en refits en aansturen van junior superintendents en technische teams. - Beoordelen van technische prestaties van schepen en vertalen van data, rapportages en inspectieresultaten naar structurele verbeterplannen. - Beheren en optimaliseren van onderhoudsbudgetten met focus op kosten, beschikbaarheid en efficiëntie. - Intensief contact onderhouden met kapiteins, chief engineers, klassebureaus, werven en externe leveranciers. - Goedkeuren van technische beslissingen, reparaties en investeringsvoorstellen binnen de vloo...
