Je neemt het voortouw in het bewaken en verbeteren van internationale leveranciersafspraken, leveringsprocessen en voorraadniveaus. Daarnaast begeleid je het inkoopteam van vijf collega's. Je ondersteunt het team bij complexe vraagstukken, stimuleert eigenaarschap en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Voor ambitieuze professionals biedt deze functie bovendien een aantrekkelijk doorgroeiperspectief naar een volwaardige teamleidersrol. Met een flexibele werkmogelijkheden en ruimte voor hybride werken bieden we een goede balans tussen werk en privé. Bij afwijkingen onderneem je direct actie richting leveranciers en informeer je interne stakeholders voordat knelpunten ontstaan. Daarnaast ondersteun en coach je het inkoopteam en werk je nauw samen met sales, logistiek, productie, finance en directie.
