Voor een internationale organisatie in de coatings- en verfindustrie zoeken wij een Senior Administratief Medewerker Supply Chain voor de locatie in Tiel. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Administratief Medewerker Supply Chain ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen inkoop, orderverwerking, productie en transport. Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen correct verlopen, bestellingen tijdig worden geplaatst en interne afdelingen over de juiste informatie beschikken. Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt overzicht over verschillende werkzaamheden en neemt initiatief wanneer processen beter kunnen. Wie zoeken wij? Daarnaast beschik je over: - Mbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van Supply Chain, logistiek of administratie. - Ruime relevante werkervaring binnen Supply Chain, bij voorkeur met orderverwerking en inkoop. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met het afstemmen van werkzaamheden tussen verschillende afdelingen. - Een nauwkeurige en analytische werkwijze. - Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en ook onder tijdsdruk overzicht te behouden. - Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling. - Ervaring met procesverbetering of projectmatig werken is een ...
