Senior Support Engineer Eindhoven e.o. Nederland, Noord-Brabant, Eindhoven 40 uur €3000 - €4250 p.m. Voor een internationale organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige SeniorSupport Engineer . De huidige servicedesk ervaart een hoge werkdruk. Naast het dagelijks ondersteunen van circa 300 eindgebruikers is er behoefte aan iemand die direct operationeel kan meedraaien én tegelijkertijd helpt om meer structuur en rust in de organisatie aan te brengen. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar de verwachtingen vanuit de business hoog liggen. Medewerkers verwachten snelle, kwalitatieve ondersteuning en IT speelt een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Naast de dagelijkse operatie wordt gewerkt aan een nieuw ITSM-platform en diverse procesverbeteringen. Daarom zoeken we iemand die niet alleen uitvoert, maar ook kritisch kijkt naar processen en verbeterkansen signaleert. In het kort: - Locatie:Eindhoven e.o. - Uren: 40 uur per week - Salaris: €3.000 - €4.250 obv 40 uur (afhankelijk van ervaring) - Niveau: MBO 3/4 (Senior) - Startdatum: Per direct of in overleg Wat ga je doen? - Direct meedraaien op de servicedesk en 1e/2e lijns support leveren. - Telefonische en onsite ondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers. - Incidenten, verzoeken en verstoringen zelfstandig oppakken. - Eindgebruikers actief ontzorgen en zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer. - Coachen en begeleiden van collega's door zelf het goede voorbeeld te geven. - Analyseren van terugkerende meldingen en verbeteringen voorstellen. Indien tijd beschikbaar: - Processen slimmer en efficiënter inrichten. - Meedenken over de implementatie van een nieuw ITSM-platform. - Balans bewaken tussen operationeel werk en procesverbetering. Gewenst profiel: Wij zoeken nadrukkelijk een ervaren senior die zonder uitgebreide inwerkperiode zelfstandig kan instappen.
