Als Senior Systeem- en Netwerkbeheerder zorg je ervoor dat de ICT-omgeving van Rogplus veilig, stabiel en toekomstbestendig blijft. Je volgt de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van infrastructuur, cloud en digitale samenwerking en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen voor de organisatie. Je: - Bent een technisch sterke systeem- en netwerkbeheerder die verder kijkt dan alleen het oplossen van incidenten. - Draagt met jouw kennis en ervaring actief bij aan een veilige, stabiele en toekomstbestendige ICT-omgeving. - Combineert technische expertise met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. - Neemt initiatief en werkt graag projectmatig. - Signaleert verbeteringen binnen de ICT-infrastructuur en voert deze door. - Bouwt gemakkelijk constructieve relaties op met collega's, leveranciers en externe partners. - Weet mensen mee te nemen in digitale ontwikkelingen. - Gebruikt je analytisch vermogen om snel tot de kern van een vraagstuk door te dringen. - Levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan zowel operationele als strategische ICTdoelstellingen. Dit ben jij Je: - Hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde ICT-opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een maatschappelijke of publieke organisatie. - Beschikt over actuele kennis van infrastructuur, netwerken, servers en moderne Microsoft-oplossingen. - Beschikt over relevante Microsoft-certificeringen, zoals Azure Fundamentals en/of Power Platform Fundamentals. - Hebt ervaring met beheerprocessen, Windows Server, Active Directory, TOPdesk, Azure, Microsoft 365, Agile en ITIL. - Hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken. - Kortom, wij zoeken een p...
