Je werkt aan de basis van het MKB. Onze klanten rekenen op jouw oordeel. Niet voor het afwerken van meldingen, maar om hun IT-omgeving structureel slimmer, veiliger en betrouwbaarder te maken. Jij hebt inmiddels genoeg gezien Je weet hoe het niet moet, wat er misgaat als de basis niet klopt, en hoe je een omgeving neerzet die echt werkt - voor nu en later. Dat oordeel en die ervaring hebben we nodig. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van vakmensen Mensen die hun werk serieus nemen, maar zichzelf niet té serieus. Je denkt mee over hoe we onze klanten structureel beter kunnen bedienen, deelt kennis met collega's en krijgt de ruimte om daarin het voortouw te nemen. Regelmatig plannen we een moment om te bespreken wat er speelt - zowel technisch als persoonlijk. Zo bouwen we aan een werkomgeving waarin je jezelf kunt zijn, fouten mag maken en sterker wordt.
