Deine Aufgaben * Beratung im Bereich Endpoint Management, von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Konzeption bis hin zur technischen Umsetzung moderner Client-Management- und Modern-Workplace-Lösungen * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes im Microsoft Endpoint Management Umfeld sowie Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen in Microsoft Intune-, ConfigMgr-/SCCM- und Co-Management-Umgebungen * Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Endpoint-Management-Lösungen, einschließlich Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, Entra ID sowie Patch- und Compliance-Management * Begleitung von Modernisierungs- und Migrationsprojekten im Client Management mit besonderem Fokus auf Cloud-Technologien, Microsoft Modern Workplace Services und hybride Endpoint-Management-Strategien. * Technische Begleitung von Deployments, Rollouts und Security-Maßnahmen, Erstellung von Betriebsdokumentationen und Runbooks sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen, 1st Level Support und Engineering-Teams zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Endpoint-Betriebs

Dein Profil * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und Support von Microsoft Endpoint Management Umgebungen, insbesondere im Bereich Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr / SCCM) und Microsoft Intune * Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Softwarepaketierung, Betriebssystembereitstellung, Patch Management sowie Client- und Endpoint-Administration in modernen Windows-Umgebungen * Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Co-Management, Autopilot und Modern Workplace Technologien sowie ein gutes Verständnis aktueller Endpoint-Management-Konzepte * Analytische, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Störungen effizient zu analysieren, nachhaltige Lösungen zu erarbeiten und komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu kommunizieren * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ausgeprägte Kund:innen- und Teamorientierung, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, idealerweise Kenntnisse in PowerShell und ITIL-/ITSM-Prozessen zur Unterstützung eines professionellen Servicebetriebs sowie geringe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10%)
