DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN

- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Cloud-Infrastrukturlösungen auf Microsoft Azure unter Berücksichtigung von Best Practices und Sicherheitsstandards - Design und Architektur von skalierbaren und hochverfügbaren Azure-basierten Lösungen, inklusive IaaS, PaaS und SaaS-Diensten - Optimierung und Automatisierung von Cloud-Umgebungen durch den Einsatz von Azure DevOps, ARM Templates, Terraform und ähnlichen Technologien - Beratung und Unterstützung von internen und externen Teams bei der Implementierung von Azure-Cloud-Projekten - Fehleranalyse und Performance-Optimierung bestehender Cloud-Infrastrukturen - Sicherstellung der Compliance und Einhaltung der Datenschutz- sowie Sicherheitsrichtlinien - Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Ihrer eigenen Fachkompetenz sowie der technischen Fähigkeiten des Teams - Führung und Mentoring von weniger erfahrenen Teammitgliedern im Bereich Cloud-Technologien - Eskalieren der vorrangigen Probleme an den Teammanager, Projektmanager oder Servicemanager - Stellen effektive Schulungspläne und -konzepte bereit, um andere Mitarbeiter zu schulen und deren Erfüllung sicherzustellen - Verwaltung bestehender Azure- und Entra-Services aus dem CANCOM Produktkatalog - Verwaltung von Azure Enterprise Applikationen und Infrastruktur-Ressourcen - Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Lizenzen innerhalb der Microsoft Azure Umgebung - Unterstützung bei Anwendungen und Behebung von Problemen, die auftreten - Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Microsoft Defender for Cloud und Microsoft Updates - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung organisatorischer Richtlinien und branchenspezifischer Vorschriften. - Überwachung der Leistung und Nutzung von Microsoft Servern für die Azure Infrastruktur - Optimierung von Konfigurationen und Einstellungen für eine bessere Leistung und Benutzererfahrung - Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu Konfigurationen und Prozessen - Aktualisierung über Microsoft -Funktionen und Best Practices, die bei Bedarf implementiert werden

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder gleichwertige Qualifikation/Berufserfahrung z. B. schulische Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium - 8+ Jährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Rolle - Kenntnisse der Microsoft Azure Services und Produkte - Kenntnisse der Microsoft Entra ID Services - Kenntnisse der Microsoft Server, Services und Anwendungen - Erfahrung mit mindestens 4 der folgenden Themen: - Windows Server Betriebssysteme - Fileserver - Identity und Access Management - Gängige Azure Services - Sicherheit (Defender, Patch-Management) - Vertrautheit mit PowerShell, Monitoring-System, Event-Logs, Performance Monitor, evtl Terraform - Verständnis der Sicherheitsfunktionen von Microsoft Defender / Microsoft Firewall - Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Fehlerbehebung und Problemlösung - Professionelle Zertifizierung im technischen Verantwortungsbereich
