Functieomschrijving

  • Je zorgt mee voor een stabiele, veilige en performante IT-infrastructuur en beheert, monitort en optimaliseert Windows- en/of Linux-serveromgevingen, storage, virtualisatie, back-ups en disaster recovery.
  • Je ontwerpt, implementeert en beheert LAN-, WAN-, WLAN- en VPN-netwerken, inclusief routers, switches, firewalls en load balancers.
  • Je waakt over cybersecurity, identity & access management, netwerksegmentatie en toegangscontrole en volgt kwetsbaarheden actief op.
  • Je neemt de lead in cloud-, migratie- en moderniseringsprojecten en zorgt voor een duidelijke documentatie van technische procedures en architecturen.
  • Je ondersteunt de implementatie, het beheer en de integratie van AI-platformen en AI-gedreven oplossingen, waaronder Copilot en generatieve AI-toepassingen.
  • Je evalueert nieuwe AI-technologieën op het vlak van infrastructuur, beveiliging en governance en adviseert over een veilige, conforme en efficiënte inzet ervan.
  • Je ondersteunt gebruikers en neemt waar nodig helpdesk- en servicedesktaken op, fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor complexe incidenten, coacht collega’s, werkt samen met leveranciers en externe partners en rapporteert aan de IT Manager / Infrastructure Manager.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in Informatica, Toegepaste Informatica, Elektronica-ICT of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met 5–10 jaar relevante ervaring in systeem- en netwerkbeheer.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune en Exchange Online.
  • Je hebt ervaring met virtualisatieplatformen zoals VMware, Hyper-V en/of Proxmox en voelt je thuis in complexe IT-infrastructuren.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van TCP/IP, VLAN’s, routing, switching, VPN’s, firewalls, cloudplatformen en back-up- en disaster-recovery-oplossingen.
  • Je werkt vlot met monitoringtools en automatiseert waar mogelijk met PowerShell, Bash en/of Python.
  • Je denkt analytisch, communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels en deelt graag je kennis met collega’s.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over relevante certificeringen zoals Microsoft, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, ITIL, firewall of CompTIA Security+ en hebt een basiskennis van Docker en Kubernetes.
