Ben jij de Senior Systems Engineer binnen voertuigelektronica en telematica, die ontwerpt, installeert, doormeet en complexe technische vraagstukken feilloos oplost?

Wil je met jouw expertise een een grootschalige mobiliteitstransformaties aanpakken?

Taken:

Werkvoorbereiding & Ontwerp (Engineering & Analyse):

  • uittekenen en aanpassen van elektrische schema’s en technische documentatie
  • ontwerpen en valideren van robuuste hardware-oplossingen (bekabeling, montage, voedingen en netwerkcomponenten)
  • adviseren over materiaalkeuze (kabels, connectoren, componenten) en installatiestandaarden
  • evalueren van haalbaarheid op voertuigen en integratie met bestaande systemen
  • proactief detecteren van ontwerprisico’s nog vóór de uitvoering op de werkvloer start.

Kwaliteitszorg & Veldbegeleiding (Commissioning & Troubleshooting):

  • begeleiden van projecten op het terrein (POC, pilots, inspecties en kwaliteitscontroles)
  • valideren van installaties (bekabeling, montage, voeding, aarding en netwerkintegratie)
  • fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor installateurs, leveranciers en subcontractors
  • uitvoeren van 3e-lijns technische assessments en gerichte herstellingen bij zeer complexe vraagstukken
  • diepgaande troubleshooting op elektrisch, mechanisch en netwerk/connectiviteitsniveau om terugkerende en structurele storingen op te lossen

Kennisoverdracht & Standaardisatie:

  • opstellen van duidelijke werkinstructies, installatiehandleidingen en kwaliteitscriteria
  • coachen en begeleiden van techniekers en externe installateurs op de werkvloer
  • actief bijdragen aan standaardisatie en continue kwaliteitsverbetering om een efficiënte uitrol te garanderen
  • aantoonbare kennis van power electronics en 24V onboard elektrische systemen (voedingen, aarding, DC/DC-converters, spanningsstabilisatie, zekeringen, stroomverdeling, EMI/EMC, batterij- en laadcircuitintegratie)
  • ervaring met de voeding en integratie van telematica-, netwerk- en boordapparatuur op voertuigen
  • ervaring met bekabeling, connectoren en installatietechnieken binnen een veeleisende omgeving
  • je hebt kennis van uitmeten, installeren, complexe assessments uitvoeren en deze effectief oplossen
  • je bent in staat je kennis vlot over te dragen via documentatie, werkinstructies en actieve coaching
  • je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • je bent bereid om occasioneel de stelplaatsen te bezoeken in heel Vlaanderen
