Als Senior Tax Advisor bij VGD krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid voor klantendossiers en ondersteun je Tax Advisors in hun groei. Je bent een intern en extern aanspreekpunt als het gaat om verschillende fiscale vraagstukken en projecten rond internationale mobiliteit. Met je sterke kennis van de Belgische personenbelasting adviseer je zowel Belgische als internationale klanten bij hun verloningsvraagstukken. Je zorgt voor de naleving van verschillende (internationale) belastingvoorschriften en minimaliseert fiscale risico’s voor medewerkers met internationale opdrachten.

Concreet ziet je werkdag er zo uit:

  • Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantendossiers en
  • Je adviseert klanten over sociale zekerheids- en fiscale aspecten bij internationale tewerkstelling.
  • Je zorgt tijdig voor een zorgvuldige voorbereiding, nazicht en indiening van complexe belastingaangiftes en gerelateerde documentatie voor internationaal mobiele medewerkers.
  • Je optimaliseert compensatie- en benefitsstructuren voor internationaal personeel, met focus op belastingoptimalisatie.
  • Je adviseert klanten over loonoptimalisatie en het Belgische expatregime en ondersteunt hen bij de aanvraag daarvan.
  • Je staat in voor het naleven van de internationale en lokale regelgeving en zorgt dat klanten eraan voldoen.
  • Je houdt de laatste wijzigingen in de fiscale, sociale zekerheids- en migratiewetgeving bij.
  • Samen met je team en experten uit verschillende business lines zorg je voor een geïntegreerde oplossing op de vragen van klanten.

  • In het bezit van een economisch bachelor- of masterdiploma of master in de rechten?

  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands, met uitstekende kennis van het Engels?
