Rund 90 Imendees unterstützen tagtäglich bei der intelligenten und datengetriebenen Transformation und konnten in den letzten Jahren wertvolle branchenübergreifende Erfahrungen in ihren Kompetenzbereichen sammeln - von dieser Expertise profitieren öffentliche Einrichtungen ebenso wie produzierende Unternehmen, Energie-Erzeuger sowie High-Tech Unternehmen in verschiedenen Industrien. 1 Senior Team Lead Platform Engineering (w/m/d) Du bringst umfangreiche Hands-on Erfahrung im Bereich Platform Engineering [Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), CI/CD, Containers, Infrastructure as Code] und in der Teamführung mit, meisterst komplexe technische Herausforderungen und verstehst die Feinheiten von Risikomanagement und Ressourcenplanung? Werde unser nächster Team Lead im Bereich Platform Engineering und übernimm die Verantwortung für ein hochmotiviertes und leistungsstarkes Team.

Deine Aufgabengebiete

Teamführung: Führe, motiviere und entwickle dein Team weiter.

Technische Unterstützung: Biete technische Expertise sowohl in der Softwareentwicklung als auch bei komplexen technischen Herausforderungen nach Site Reliability Engineering Prinzipien.

Kommunikation: Etabliere eine effektive Kommunikation im Team und fungiere als Bindeglied zwischen dem DevOps Team und der Unternehmensführung.

Qualitätskontrolle: Gewährleiste die Qualität des entwickelten Codes und die Einhaltung der Best Practices unserer Softwareentwicklung.

Ressourcenmanagement: Weise Ressourcen effizient zu, um den Projekterfolg sicherzustellen.

Risikomanagement: Erkenne und bewerte Risiken in Softwareprojekten und ergreife proaktive Maßnahmen zur Minimierung.

Prozessverbesserung: Arbeite kontinuierlich an der Developer Experience (DevEx) um Feedback zu sammeln und Abläufe zu optimieren, wobei Du die Plattform als Produkt betrachtest.

Mentoring und Coaching: Unterstütze und fördere Junior Engineers durch Mentoring und Coaching.

Deine Qualifikationen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software- und Platform Engineering als auch in der Teamführung, idealerweise auf Senior-Level.

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten, um ein motiviertes und leistungsfähiges Team zu entwickeln.

Starkes Verständnis für "Golden Paths" in der Softwareentwicklung.

Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Probleme zu lösen und technische Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Erfahrung im Risikomanagement und in der Ressourcenplanung für Softwareprojekte.

Teamorientierte Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, in einem agilen und anspruchsvollen Umfeld zu arbeiten.

Fach- als auch Methodenkompetenz.

Für diese Position gilt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ein Einstiegsgehalt von mindestens Euro 76.216,00 brutto. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung - über dein tatsächliches Gehalt sprechen wir gerne persönlich!
