Je analyseert prestaties, bewaakt KPI's en ondersteunt de Regio Manager bij het realiseren van commerciële groei, teamontwikkeling en operationele verbeteringen. Je voert regelmatig voortgangs-, coach- en beoordelingsgesprekken met (senior/principal) career coaches en helpt hen bij leiderschapsvraagstukken, teamontwikkeling en het behalen van hun doelstellingen. Je bent continu bezig met de vraag hoe teams beter kunnen presteren. Welke KPI's lopen achter? Waar ontstaan commerciële kansen? Welke Team Manager heeft extra begeleiding nodig? En waar moet worden ingegrepen om resultaten structureel te verbeteren? Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van het management binnen Evoke. Je identificeert toekomstige leiders, helpt Team Managers groeien in hun rol en draagt actief bij aan leiderschapsontwikkeling binnen de organisatie. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor een deel van onze belangrijkste klantrelaties. Je voert gesprekken met strategische opdrachtgevers, MSP's, RPO's en andere ketenpartners, beoordeelt raamovereenkomsten, maakt prijsafspraken en bewaakt de kwaliteit en winstgevendheid van samenwerkingen. Je bent betrokken bij jaarlijkse indexaties, commerciële afspraken en de verdere ontwikkeling van key accounts. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van processen, systemen en werkwijzen binnen Evoke. Je zorgt ervoor dat vakgebiedkennis wordt vastgelegd in onze Wegwijzers, dat ontwikkelingen in de markt worden vertaald naar CRM, recruitmentprocessen en websitecontent en dat best practices tussen teams worden gedeeld.
