In Capelle aan den IJssel stuur je als Senior Teamcoach meerdere teams aan die werken aan het onderhoud van de openbare ruimte. Je richt je op zowel kwaliteit als het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Teamcoach Groen geef je leiding aan meerdere teams die zich dagelijks bezighouden met het onderhoud van de openbare ruimte. Je combineert planning, kwaliteitsbewaking en resultaatgericht werken met persoonlijke begeleiding van medewerkers. Je past je coachingsstijl aan op de persoon en ondersteunt hun ontwikkeling. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor teamcoaches en helpt hen bij hun dagelijkse aansturing. Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van teamcoaches en medewerkers - Begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben op de arbeidsmarkt - Plannen en organiseren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de groenvoorziening - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang - Verbeteren van werkprocessen en resultaten - Samenwerken en afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en collega's - Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op de werklocaties om betrokken te blijven bij de teams en werkzaamheden Deze functie vraagt flexibiliteit: het ene moment ben je buiten bij een team, het andere moment voer je een coachingsgesprek of overleg je met opdrachtgevers.
