Als senior teamleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een veilig, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig productieproces. Dit wordt jouw baan. In deze rol ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een soepel, veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Jij zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van kwaliteit en output tot innovatie en continue verbetering. Durf jij de uitdaging aan? - Jij zorgt voor een optimale organisatie, voortgang en output van de productieprocessen; - Jij geeft leiding, coacht en begeleidt operators en productiemedewerkers; - Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid en ziet toe op naleving van alle bedrijfsvoorschriften; - Jij neemt deel aan projecten en continue verbetertrajecten (5S, OEE) en ontwikkelt best practices voor kostenbesparing; - Jij signaleert en lost onvoorziene situaties en productieproblemen snel en adequaat op; - Jij levert managementinformatie aan over productiviteit, rendement en efficiency; - Jij voert functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en zorgt voor gestructureerd werkoverleg; - Jij draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de veiligheid van jezelf en anderen, inclusief bedrijfshulpverlening; - Jij controleert halffabricaten en eindproducten en zorgt dat machines optimaal werken; - Jij ondersteunt de Operations Manager en draagt bij aan investeringsvoorstellen; Samen met jouw gedreven en multiculturele team van 75 tot 100 collega's zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten elke dag kunnen rekenen op topkwaliteit groente en fruit.
