In een ziekenhuis is techniek onmisbaar: van gebouwinstallaties tot technische voorzieningen. Jij zorgt dat de juiste mensen, middelen en materialen beschikbaar zijn en bewaakt de continuïteit van de technische dienstverlening. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je kent je mensen, weet wat er speelt en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse operatie. Je geeft richting aan het team, stelt duidelijke kaders en stuurt op kwaliteit, veiligheid en gezamenlijke resultaten. Daarbij stimuleer je eigenaarschap en spreek je medewerkers aan op verantwoordelijkheden en afspraken. Je bent een vraagbaak, houdt overzicht en schakelt makkelijk tussen je team en de (zorg)collega's binnen het ziekenhuis. Binnen je team heeft iedereen een eigen aandachtsgebied. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat kennis wordt gedeeld en dat je van en met elkaar blijft leren. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in verbeteringen en veranderingen binnen de afdeling. Je begeleidt verbeteringen en veranderingen en zorgt dat nieuwe werkwijzen goed landen in de praktijk. Ook vertaal je organisatiedoelstellingen en ontwikkelingen naar concrete acties voor jouw team. De afdeling Je werkt binnen Huisvesting & Techniek. Deze afdeling zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en duurzame omgeving voor patiënten, bezoekers en collega's. Binnen de afdeling werken Vastgoed, Technische Dienst, BHV & Veiligheid, Medische Techniek en Klinische Fysica nauw samen.
