Als Senior Technical Project Manager BESS krijg je een sleutelrol binnen een internationale organisatie die grootschalige batterijopslagprojecten ontwikkelt en realiseert. Jij zorgt dat projecten technisch, contractueel en organisatorisch klaar zijn voor uitvoering en begeleidt ze vervolgens door de bouw, commissioning en overdracht naar operations. Voor de eerste projecten gaat het om projecten met een omvang van circa 20-200 MW. Je werkt daarbij vanuit Nederland nauw samen met development, procurement en operations, het EPC-team in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en verschillende externe partners. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - De technische ontwikkeling en realisatie van utility-scale BESS-projecten leidt, vanaf procurement en engineering tot construction, commissioning en operationele overdracht. - Leveranciers, contractors en netbeheerders bij elkaar brengt, en zorgt dat technische keuzes, verantwoordelijkheden en afspraken goed op elkaar aansluiten. - Stuurt op planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en contractuele prestaties, waarbij je technische en projectrisico's tijdig herkent en zorgt dat ze worden opgelost. Je houdt het totaaloverzicht, maar kunt inhoudelijk voldoende de diepte in om ontwerpen kritisch te beoordelen, leveranciers en contractors uit te dagen en technische keuzes te vertalen naar gevolgen voor planning, kosten, veiligheid en performance. Je bent daarnaast betrokken bij leveranciersselecties, tenders en contractafstemming en zorgt dat disciplines als electrical, civil, structural en grid goed op elkaar ...
