Dan ben jij misschien de Senior Technisch Adviseur die wij zoeken.

In deze functie ben jij de technische expert binnen onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt het

verkoopteam door elke aanvraag technisch te analyseren en uit te werken tot een correcte

en haalbare offerte. Dankzij jouw kennis van elektrische installaties, omvormers,

thuisbatterijen en energiebeheer geef je klanten het juiste advies en zorg je ervoor dat elk

project technisch perfect wordt voorbereid.

Jouw functie Als Senior Technisch Adviseur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige technische

uitwerking van nieuwe projecten.

Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten, bekijkt technische situaties op afstand aan de hand

van foto's, plannen en digitale tools en vertaalt deze naar een technisch correcte oplossing.

Je werkt nauw samen met sales, techniekers en leveranciers en bent het technische

aanspreekpunt binnen het volledige offertetraject.

Je houdt rekening met technische haalbaarheid, rendement, regelgeving en de wensen van

de klant.

Jouw takenpakket ● Technisch analyseren van nieuwe aanvragen

● Op afstand beoordelen van elektrische installaties aan de hand van foto's, plannen en

meetgegevens

● Uitwerken van technisch correcte voorstellen voor offertes

● Adviseren over de juiste keuze van omvormers, thuisbatterijen, laadpalen en

energiebeheersystemen

● Berekenen en selecteren van geschikte materialen

● Technisch ondersteunen van het verkoopteam

● Telefonisch en digitaal adviseren van klanten

● Beantwoorden van technische vragen van klanten en collega's

● Contact onderhouden met leveranciers over technische oplossingen

● Opvolgen van technische ontwikkelingen binnen de sector

● Meedenken over optimalisaties van interne processen

● Actief inzetten van AI-tools om efficiënter te werken en processen te verbeteren

Wij zoeken een technisch zeer sterke collega die complexe technische vraagstukken

eenvoudig kan vertalen naar een duidelijke oplossing voor de klant.

Must haves ● Zeer sterke kennis van elektriciteit

● Grondige kennis van residentiële elektrische installaties

● Uitstekende kennis van omvormers, thuisbatterijen en energiebeheersystemen

● Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

● Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands

● Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word en Teams)

● Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

● Klantgerichte ingesteldheid

Pluspunten ● Ervaring binnen de zonne-energiesector

● Kennis van laadpalen

● Ervaring met technische calculaties en offertes

● Kennis van AI-tools zoals ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot of andere automatiseringstools

● Kennis van Frans en/of Engels
