Heb je een sterke technische achtergrond in elektriciteit en duurzame energie? Vind je het interessant om complexe situaties te onderzoeken en om te zetten in een haalbare oplossing voor klanten?

Voor een groeiende onderneming binnen de energiesector zoeken we een ervaren technisch adviseur. In deze functie combineer je technische analyse met klantencontact en commerciële ondersteuning. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe projecten technisch goed voorbereid zijn voordat ze worden uitgevoerd.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Je behandelt technische aanvragen van klanten en ondersteunt het verkoopteam bij het uitwerken van correcte en haalbare voorstellen.

Aan de hand van foto's, plannen, meetgegevens en digitale toepassingen beoordeel je elektrische installaties op afstand. Vervolgens bepaal je welke technische oplossing het beste past bij de situatie, de wensen van de klant en de geldende voorschriften.

Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's van sales, techniek en externe leveranciers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het technisch beoordelen van nieuwe klantaanvragen
  • Het analyseren van elektrische installaties op basis van foto's, plannen en meetgegevens
  • Het uitwerken van technische oplossingen voor offertes
  • Het adviseren over omvormers, thuisbatterijen, laadpalen en energiebeheersystemen
  • Het berekenen van benodigde materialen en componenten
  • Het controleren van de technische haalbaarheid van projecten
  • Het ondersteunen van het verkoopteam bij technische vragen
  • Het telefonisch en digitaal adviseren van klanten
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen van collega's en klanten
  • Het overleggen met leveranciers over materialen en technische oplossingen
  • Het volgen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de energiesector
  • Het voorstellen van verbeteringen voor interne processen
  • Het gebruiken van digitale en AI-toepassingen om efficiënter te werken

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die beschikt over een grondige technische kennis en complexe informatie op een begrijpelijke manier kan uitleggen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een zeer goede kennis van elektriciteit
  • Grondige kennis van residentiële elektrische installaties
  • Uitgebreide kennis van omvormers, thuisbatterijen en energiebeheersystemen
  • Een bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring
  • Een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands
  • Een zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel, Outlook, Word en Teams
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een klantgerichte en professionele houding

Extra troeven

Volgende ervaring of kennis vormt een pluspunt:

  • Ervaring binnen zonne-energie of hernieuwbare energie
  • Kennis van laadpalen
  • Ervaring met technische berekeningen en het opstellen van offertes
  • Ervaring met toepassingen zoals ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot of andere automatiseringstools
  • Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels

Hoe werk je?

Je analyseert technische vraagstukken grondig en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen, maar overlegt ook vlot met verschillende afdelingen.

Je hebt commercieel inzicht en denkt mee met de klant zonder opdringerig te verkopen. Nieuwe technologieën en ontwikkelingen binnen de energiesector volg je met interesse op.
