Aufgaben

- Leitung und Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte in den Bereichen IT-Modernisierung, Cloud-Transformation und Softwareentwicklung - von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung - Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Marktchancen, Entwicklung überzeugender Angebote sowie Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen - Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsangebots rund um Digitale Souveränität - inhaltlich, strategisch und am Markt - Positionierung als Fachexperte durch Publikationen, Vorträge und Kundendialoge - Einsatz moderner (AI-gestützter) Tools zur Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen

Kompetenzen

- 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Technologieberatung bei einer renommierten Beratung oder in vergleichbarer Position - Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der End-to-End-Delivery komplexer IT-Projekte (Cloud, IT-Modernisierung, Custom Software Development) - Starke Business-Development-Kompetenz - Sie können Themen am Markt platzieren und Kunden auf C-Level-Ebene überzeugen - Erfahrung mit Enterprise Architektur und ihrer Rolle in der Transformation und Zukunftsausrichtung der IT - Erfahrung mit einem oder mehrerer Hyperscaler - Verständnis von Themen rund um Digitale Souveränität (z. B. Open Source, europäische Cloud-Infrastrukturen, Datenhoheit, regulatorische Anforderungen) - Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift C2 - Unternehmerisches Denken, Gestaltungswille und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Strukturen aufzubauen - Grundlegendes Verständnis für Artificial Intelligence (AI) und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten im beruflichen Kontext

Ab dem Karrierelevel Manager:in erwartet dich ein Gehalt ab EUR 58.000,-- brutto/Jahr (All-In). Als Senior Manager:in erhältst du ein Entgelt von EUR 75.000,-- brutto/Jahr (All-In). Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Weiters können Sie mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
