Als Senior Tendermanager GWW ben jij de spil in het tenderproces van grote infrastructuurprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject, van de eerste verkenning van een aanbesteding tot en met de contractondertekening. Je analyseert complexe bestekken, coördineert multidisciplinaire teams en zorgt ervoor dat offertes technisch, financieel en commercieel optimaal zijn. Je bent de schakel tussen calculatie, werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding en directie, en je weet alle disciplines op het juiste moment bij elkaar te brengen. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers tijdens het tenderproces. Je voert presentaties, onderhandelt over contractvoorwaarden en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie zich optimaal positioneert. Je hebt oog voor risico's en kansen, en je weet hoe je deze vertaalt naar een winnende strategie. Door jouw strategische inzicht en commerciële drive draag je direct bij aan de groei en het succes van de organisatie. Jouw taken in deze functie: - Leiden en coördineren van het volledige tenderproces voor GWW-projecten; - Analyseren van bestekken en identificeren van kansen en risico's; - Samenstellen en aansturen van multidisciplinaire tenderteams; - Opstellen van technische en commerciële offertes in samenwerking met calculatie en werkvoorbereiding; - Voeren van presentaties en onderhandelingen met opdrachtgevers; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens het tendertraject; - Adviseren van de directie over strategische keuzes in aanbestedingen.

De organisatie biedt volop doorgroeimogelijkheden. Als Senior Tendermanager kun je doorgroeien naar een rol als Lead Tendermanager of Manager Business Development, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de strategische koers van de afdeling. Ook is er ruimte om je verder te specialiseren in specifieke contractvormen zoals EMVI, Best Value of Design
