In deze fulltime functie van 38 uur per week ben jij het aanspreekpunt op het terrein en coördineer je het logistieke team. Je werkt met machines zoals de heftruck, veegmachine en shovel, en lost kleine storingen zelf op. Deze nieuwe functie biedt veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid. Je werkt in dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag, met een korte werkdag op vrijdag. De werktijden variëren tussen 7.00 en 18.00 uur, afhankelijk van de planning. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je met een kort teamoverleg, controleer je de machines en het terrein, en verdeel je de werkzaamheden. Je helpt collega's waar nodig en gebruikt je technische kennis om problemen snel op te lossen. Je werkt nauw samen met het logistieke team en schakelt met de teamleider om de voortgang te bewaken en alles soepel te laten verlopen. In deze rol krijg je veel ruimte om mee te denken en te ontwikkelen. Jouw inzet maakt echt een verschil. Je werkt in een open en veilig team waar samenwerking centraal staat.
