Als Domein Quality Manager / Test Manager bij Air France - KLM speel je een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van productkwaliteit en het implementeren van innovatieve testoplossingen. Wat ga je doen? In deze gecombineerde rol werk je nauw samen met productteams binnen verschillende domeinen. Je helpt hen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van teststrategieën, begeleidt teams in kwaliteitsbewaking, houdt teams gevraagd en ongevraagd de spiegel voor als het gaat om kwaliteitsbewaking en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van testprocessen. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Het faciliteren van samenwerking tussen QA, DevOps en development voor een integrale testaanpak; - Het bewaken van teststandaarden en het coachen van teams om hoge kwaliteit te waarborgen; - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van innovatieve oplossingen voor testautomatisering, testdata en testomgevingen; - Het volgen van trends en technologieën binnen softwaretesten en deze toepassen in de praktijk; - Het rapporteren over testvoortgang, testdekking en defecten. Je rol als Domein Quality Manager (DQM): Als DQM ben je het Single Point of Contact voor één van de Air France - KLM-domeinen op het gebied van testen en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je daagt teams uit, gevraagd en ongevraagd, om kwaliteit continu te verbeteren. Taken binnen deze rol: - Analyseren van testprocessen en resultaten, en het signaleren van verbeterpunten; - Adviseren en ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsverbeteringen en het naleven van standaarden; - Stakeholdermanagement richting projectmanagers, product owners en ontwikkelteams; - Rapporte...
