Vereist profiel - Senior Testmanager De ideale kandidaat is een ervaren en verbindende testmanager met zowel hands-on testexpertise als bestuurlijke stevigheid en ervaring binnen de (semi-)overheid. - Ervaring: aantoonbare senior ervaring in testmanagement binnen grote programma's en complexe integratielandschappen (ERP, CRM, integratieplatforms). - Inhoudelijke kennis: Salesforce, SAP (o.a. FICO), AFAS, Azure Integratieplatform; bekend met Databricks, Power BI en CI/CD‑omgevingen. - Methodieken & tooling: ervaring met testautomatisering, testmanagement tooling en TMAP/ISTQB-methodieken; vertrouwd met Agile/SAFe‑werkwijzen. - Taken: opzetten en onderhouden van teststrategie, inrichten van testomgevingen, regie op planning en uitvoering van integratie-, keten-, migratie- en acceptatietesten. - Leiderschap: aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het testteam; zorgen voor kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve bezetting en verankering van testaanpak in de programmaorganisatie. - Samenwerking & communicatie: proactieve sparringpartner voor programmamanagement en projectleiders; helder rapporteren over voortgang, kwaliteit, risico's en aanbevelingen voor go/no‑go besluiten. - Persoonskenmerken: verbindend, resultaatgericht, hands-on mentaliteit, bestuurlijk weerbaar en politiek sensitief binne...
