Opdrachtomschrijving Als Senior Toezichthouder speel je primair een sleutelrol in de uitvoering van te realiseren projecten binnen de waardesystemen van het waterschap te weten, Waterkering, Technische System- en afvalwaterprojecten (Rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallaties). Jij bent veelal aanwezig waar het gebeurt: buiten, op de projectlocatie(s). Hier houd je toezicht op de werkzaamheden van de aannemer en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de directievoerder UAV, de vertegenwoordigers van de aannemer(s) eventuele stakeholders. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik, technische kennis en communicatieve vaardigheden verlopen projecten soepel en worden uitdagingen tijdig gesignaleerd en opgelost. Daarnaast bewaak je de rechtmatigheid en doelmatigheid van de ingezette middelen conform en in het licht van het bestek. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van projecten en controleert op kwaliteit, veiligheid (Arbo), contractafspraken en wet- en regelgeving. Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige projectadministratie, waaronder kostenbewaking, contractadministratie en voortgangsregistratie. Je stemt werkzaamheden, wensen en planningen af met alle betrokken partijen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen interne en externe stakeholders.
