Senior toezichthouder agrarisch - Hybride - - Tilburg , Noord-Brabant , Nederland - € 5.519 per maand - TZ I - Algemeen Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Senior toezichthouder agrarisch Als senior toezichthouder bij de Omgevingsdienst Midden- en West-Brabant (OMWB) kijk jij verder dan de stal of het erf. Jij ziet het grotere plaatje: de impact van agrarische bedrijven op milieu, veiligheid en leefomgeving. Jij weet wanneer je de juiste vragen moet stellen en durft waar nodig op te treden. Zo draag jij direct bij aan een toekomstbestendige agrarische sector. Jouw rol als senior toezichthouder agrarisch In deze complexe, afwisselende en maatschappelijk relevante rol richt je je op het toezicht bij agrarische bedrijven, vooral grotere veehouderijen die onder de IPPC-regels vallen vanwege hun milieubelasting. Je controleert of ze voldoen aan de Omgevingswet en vertaalt oudere vergunningen (Wabo, Wet natuurbescherming, Activiteitenbesluit) naar actuele wet- en regelgeving. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de techniek, maar ook naar gedrag en bewustwording. Je belangrijkste taken: - Je voert inspecties en administratieve controles uit; - Beoordeelt of wet- en regelgeving wordt nageleefd; - Spreekt bedrijven aan op hun verantwoordelijkheid; - Adviseert over verbetermaatregelen; - Levert je bevindingen helder en volledig aan in rapportages. Je denkt in ketens en ziet hoe milieuthema's samenkomen op bedrijfsniveau. Ook kijk je over de grenzen van je eigen werkveld heen en werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen én buiten de organisatie. Je rol als senior Naast je reguliere toezichtwerk neem je als senior ook een coachende, verbindende en vernieuwende rol op je. Je helpt collega-toezichthouders te groeien in hun vak, bijvoorbeeld door mee te kijken, vragen te stellen en feedback te geven.
