Je werkt in een specialistisch team en bent verantwoordelijk voor het visueel controleren van honderden gebouwen per jaar, waarbij je bouwkundige, installatietechnische en organisatorische aspecten beoordeelt. Ongeveer 70% van je tijd besteed je aan controles, terwijl de overige 30% gaat naar het vastleggen van resultaten en het opstellen van rapportages. Bij overtredingen ben je betrokken bij handhavingstrajecten en werk je nauw samen met collega's van diverse afdelingen en de brandweer. Verantwoordelijkheden - Toezicht houden op de brandveiligheid van gebouwen in Amsterdam. - Visueel controleren van gebouwen op brandveiligheid. - Vastleggen van controle resultaten en opstellen van rapportages. - Optreden bij overtredingen en risico's op het gebied van brandveiligheid. - Afstemmen met juristen over bestuurlijk handelen bij overtredingen. - Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van interne werkwijzen en processen. - Toezicht houden op meervoudig complexe gebouwen. - Mentor zijn voor junior en medior toezich...
