Je adviseert over agile en verandermanagement en stimuleert adoptie op alle niveaus. Je volgt marktontwikkelingen, ontwikkelt een cultuur van continue verbetering en helpt klanten DevOps-concepten effectief toe te passen, zowel technisch als gedragsmatig. Je hebt ervaring met CI/CD en moderne architecturen en ondersteunt teams bij het automatiseren van hun processen. Je gaat aan de slag binnen het Organizational Excellence & Transformation-team. Iedereen in het team heeft brede kennis op het gebied van verandermanagement, lean werken en agile werken. Sterker nog: hierin zijn wij het beste adviesbureau van Nederland ! DevOps-expertise en kennis van IT-organisaties zijn een van onze speerpunten. Iedereen specialiseert zich in één of twee van deze onderwerpen, afhankelijk van interesse en passie. Projecten worden uitgevoerd in multidisciplinaire teams van collega's die elkaar aanvullen en ondersteunen. Een greep uit jouw uitdagingen - Klanten adviseren over best practices en strategieën voor procesmatige, organisatorische en technologische integratie. - Een cultuur van continue verbetering stimuleren door samenwerking binnen IT en met de business te bevorderen. - Knelpunten en groeikansen binnen organisaties signaleren en proactief aanpakken met praktische oplossingen. - Fungeren als trusted advisor voor klanten en het bouwen van duurzame werkrelaties. - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van interne processen en methodologieën binnen ons Organizational Excellence & Transformation-team.
